Using the zip or rar file 1.Download actlib.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract actlib.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract actlib.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting actlib.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract actlib.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place actlib.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 actlib.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
