Using the zip or rar file 1.Download actver.dll 6.0.0.679
2.Extract actver.dll 6.0.0.679 from .zip. We recommend that you extract actver.dll 6.0.0.679 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting actver.dll 6.0.0.679.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract actver.dll 6.0.0.679 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place actver.dll 6.0.0.679 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 actver.dll 6.0.0.679 and press Enter.
