Using the zip or rar file 1.Download adoce31.dll 3.10.0.207
2.Extract adoce31.dll 3.10.0.207 from .zip. We recommend that you extract adoce31.dll 3.10.0.207 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting adoce31.dll 3.10.0.207.

6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
