Using the zip or rar file 1.Download aes.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract aes.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract aes.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aes.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aes.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aes.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aes.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
