Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ahl62.dll 6.2.3048.0
2.Extract ahl62.dll 6.2.3048.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ahl62.dll 6.2.3048.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ahl62.dll 6.2.3048.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ahl62.dll 6.2.3048.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ahl62.dll 6.2.3048.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ahl62.dll 6.2.3048.0 and press Enter.
