Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aimtalk.dll 0.0.0.0
2.Extract aimtalk.dll 0.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract aimtalk.dll 0.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aimtalk.dll 0.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aimtalk.dll 0.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aimtalk.dll 0.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aimtalk.dll 0.0.0.0 and press Enter.
