Using the zip or rar file 1.Download all3932.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract all3932.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract all3932.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting all3932.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract all3932.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place all3932.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 all3932.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
