Using the zip or rar file
1.Download allanim.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract allanim.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract allanim.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting allanim.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract allanim.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place allanim.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 allanim.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
