Using the zip or rar file 1.Download allp40.dll 4.0.3.0
2.Extract allp40.dll 4.0.3.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract allp40.dll 4.0.3.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting allp40.dll 4.0.3.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract allp40.dll 4.0.3.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place allp40.dll 4.0.3.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 allp40.dll 4.0.3.0 and press Enter.
