Using the zip or rar file 1.Download amp11lib.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract amp11lib.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract amp11lib.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting amp11lib.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract amp11lib.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place amp11lib.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 amp11lib.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
