Using the zip or rar file 1.Download anet2.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract anet2.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract anet2.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting anet2.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract anet2.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place anet2.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 anet2.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
