Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APGRFX.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract APGRFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract APGRFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APGRFX.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APGRFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APGRFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APGRFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
