Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APHandler.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract APHandler.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract APHandler.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APHandler.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APHandler.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APHandler.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APHandler.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
