Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APPL3116.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract APPL3116.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract APPL3116.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APPL3116.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APPL3116.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APPL3116.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APPL3116.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
