Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APPL3132.DLL 4.0.0.0
2.Extract APPL3132.DLL 4.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract APPL3132.DLL 4.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APPL3132.DLL 4.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APPL3132.DLL 4.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APPL3132.DLL 4.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APPL3132.DLL 4.0.0.0 and press Enter.
