Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APackENG.dll 5.0.2314.1000
2.Extract APackENG.dll 5.0.2314.1000 from .zip. We recommend that you extract APackENG.dll 5.0.2314.1000 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APackENG.dll 5.0.2314.1000.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APackENG.dll 5.0.2314.1000 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APackENG.dll 5.0.2314.1000 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APackENG.dll 5.0.2314.1000 and press Enter.
