Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APuls219.dll 2.5.0.20
2.Extract APuls219.dll 2.5.0.20 from .zip. We recommend that you extract APuls219.dll 2.5.0.20 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APuls219.dll 2.5.0.20.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APuls219.dll 2.5.0.20 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APuls219.dll 2.5.0.20 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APuls219.dll 2.5.0.20 and press Enter.
