Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ARKDD32.DLL 4.0.0.950
2.Extract ARKDD32.DLL 4.0.0.950 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ARKDD32.DLL 4.0.0.950 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ARKDD32.DLL 4.0.0.950.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ARKDD32.DLL 4.0.0.950 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ARKDD32.DLL 4.0.0.950 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ARKDD32.DLL 4.0.0.950 and press Enter.
