Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ARW4HELP.DLL 4.0.0.0
2.Extract ARW4HELP.DLL 4.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ARW4HELP.DLL 4.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ARW4HELP.DLL 4.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ARW4HELP.DLL 4.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ARW4HELP.DLL 4.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ARW4HELP.DLL 4.0.0.0 and press Enter.
