Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ASTMINIT.DLL 4.5.0.129
2.Extract ASTMINIT.DLL 4.5.0.129 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASTMINIT.DLL 4.5.0.129 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASTMINIT.DLL 4.5.0.129.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASTMINIT.DLL 4.5.0.129 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASTMINIT.DLL 4.5.0.129 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASTMINIT.DLL 4.5.0.129 and press Enter.
