Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ASUC2016.DLL 3.7.0.0
2.Extract ASUC2016.DLL 3.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASUC2016.DLL 3.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASUC2016.DLL 3.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASUC2016.DLL 3.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASUC2016.DLL 3.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASUC2016.DLL 3.7.0.0 and press Enter.
