Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AT17DLG.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract AT17DLG.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AT17DLG.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AT17DLG.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AT17DLG.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AT17DLG.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AT17DLG.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
