Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ATI3DCIF.DLL 4.10.1.2690
2.Extract ATI3DCIF.DLL 4.10.1.2690 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATI3DCIF.DLL 4.10.1.2690 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATI3DCIF.DLL 4.10.1.2690.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATI3DCIF.DLL 4.10.1.2690 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATI3DCIF.DLL 4.10.1.2690 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATI3DCIF.DLL 4.10.1.2690 and press Enter.
