Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ATICTL32.DLL 4.10.1.2304
2.Extract ATICTL32.DLL 4.10.1.2304 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATICTL32.DLL 4.10.1.2304 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATICTL32.DLL 4.10.1.2304.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATICTL32.DLL 4.10.1.2304 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATICTL32.DLL 4.10.1.2304 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATICTL32.DLL 4.10.1.2304 and press Enter.
