Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ATIR3HAL.DLL
2.Extract ATIR3HAL.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATIR3HAL.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATIR3HAL.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATIR3HAL.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATIR3HAL.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATIR3HAL.DLL and press Enter.
