Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ATITVOUT.DLL 4.10.1.3210
2.Extract ATITVOUT.DLL 4.10.1.3210 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATITVOUT.DLL 4.10.1.3210 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATITVOUT.DLL 4.10.1.3210.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATITVOUT.DLL 4.10.1.3210 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATITVOUT.DLL 4.10.1.3210 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATITVOUT.DLL 4.10.1.3210 and press Enter.
