Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ATKWLIOC.DLL 2.1.2.146
2.Extract ATKWLIOC.DLL 2.1.2.146 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATKWLIOC.DLL 2.1.2.146 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATKWLIOC.DLL 2.1.2.146.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATKWLIOC.DLL 2.1.2.146 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATKWLIOC.DLL 2.1.2.146 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATKWLIOC.DLL 2.1.2.146 and press Enter.
