Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVSTE.DLL 10.0.0.109
2.Extract AVSTE.DLL 10.0.0.109 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVSTE.DLL 10.0.0.109 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVSTE.DLL 10.0.0.109.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVSTE.DLL 10.0.0.109 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVSTE.DLL 10.0.0.109 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVSTE.DLL 10.0.0.109 and press Enter.
