Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AWDDI.DLL 5.0.1877.1
2.Extract AWDDI.DLL 5.0.1877.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AWDDI.DLL 5.0.1877.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AWDDI.DLL 5.0.1877.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AWDDI.DLL 5.0.1877.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AWDDI.DLL 5.0.1877.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AWDDI.DLL 5.0.1877.1 and press Enter.
