Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AXE8SharedExpat.dll 3.2.406.1
2.Extract AXE8SharedExpat.dll 3.2.406.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AXE8SharedExpat.dll 3.2.406.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AXE8SharedExpat.dll 3.2.406.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AXE8SharedExpat.dll 3.2.406.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AXE8SharedExpat.dll 3.2.406.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AXE8SharedExpat.dll 3.2.406.1 and press Enter.
