Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AddrImportMobilePanel.dll 4.0.200.10
2.Extract AddrImportMobilePanel.dll 4.0.200.10 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AddrImportMobilePanel.dll 4.0.200.10 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AddrImportMobilePanel.dll 4.0.200.10.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AddrImportMobilePanel.dll 4.0.200.10 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AddrImportMobilePanel.dll 4.0.200.10 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AddrImportMobilePanel.dll 4.0.200.10 and press Enter.
