Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AdobeXMP.dll 3.1.1.112
2.Extract AdobeXMP.dll 3.1.1.112 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AdobeXMP.dll 3.1.1.112 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AdobeXMP.dll 3.1.1.112.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AdobeXMP.dll 3.1.1.112 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AdobeXMP.dll 3.1.1.112 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AdobeXMP.dll 3.1.1.112 and press Enter.
