Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AsfDec.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract AsfDec.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AsfDec.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AsfDec.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AsfDec.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AsfDec.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AsfDec.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
