Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AvUIshell20.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract AvUIshell20.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AvUIshell20.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AvUIshell20.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AvUIshell20.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AvUIshell20.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AvUIshell20.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
