Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Avaspi32.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract Avaspi32.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Avaspi32.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Avaspi32.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Avaspi32.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Avaspi32.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Avaspi32.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
