Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AxPulse.dll 4.1.1.6
2.Extract AxPulse.dll 4.1.1.6 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AxPulse.dll 4.1.1.6 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AxPulse.dll 4.1.1.6.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AxPulse.dll 4.1.1.6 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AxPulse.dll 4.1.1.6 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AxPulse.dll 4.1.1.6 and press Enter.
