Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aTicTacToe.dll 0.1.0.2
2.Extract aTicTacToe.dll 0.1.0.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract aTicTacToe.dll 0.1.0.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aTicTacToe.dll 0.1.0.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aTicTacToe.dll 0.1.0.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aTicTacToe.dll 0.1.0.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aTicTacToe.dll 0.1.0.2 and press Enter.
