Using the zip or rar file
1.Download apc60itl.dll 6.1.91.42
2.Extract apc60itl.dll 6.1.91.42 from .zip. We recommend that you extract apc60itl.dll 6.1.91.42 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting apc60itl.dll 6.1.91.42.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract apc60itl.dll 6.1.91.42 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place apc60itl.dll 6.1.91.42 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 apc60itl.dll 6.1.91.42 and press Enter.
