Using the zip or rar file
1.Download apc63.dll 6.1.91.42
2.Extract apc63.dll 6.1.91.42 from .zip. We recommend that you extract apc63.dll 6.1.91.42 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting apc63.dll 6.1.91.42.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract apc63.dll 6.1.91.42 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place apc63.dll 6.1.91.42 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 apc63.dll 6.1.91.42 and press Enter.
