Using the zip or rar file
1.Download appc18iv.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract appc18iv.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract appc18iv.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting appc18iv.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract appc18iv.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place appc18iv.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 appc18iv.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
