Using the zip or rar file
1.Download apreg.dll 1.1.0.0
2.Extract apreg.dll 1.1.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract apreg.dll 1.1.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting apreg.dll 1.1.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract apreg.dll 1.1.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place apreg.dll 1.1.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 apreg.dll 1.1.0.0 and press Enter.
