Using the zip or rar file
1.Download asOEHook.dll 2004.1.0.147
2.Extract asOEHook.dll 2004.1.0.147 from .zip. We recommend that you extract asOEHook.dll 2004.1.0.147 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting asOEHook.dll 2004.1.0.147.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract asOEHook.dll 2004.1.0.147 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place asOEHook.dll 2004.1.0.147 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 asOEHook.dll 2004.1.0.147 and press Enter.
