Using the zip or rar file
1.Download asr3232.dll 3.2.19.0
2.Extract asr3232.dll 3.2.19.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract asr3232.dll 3.2.19.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting asr3232.dll 3.2.19.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract asr3232.dll 3.2.19.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place asr3232.dll 3.2.19.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 asr3232.dll 3.2.19.0 and press Enter.
