Using the zip or rar file
1.Download atitvo32.dll
2.Extract atitvo32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract atitvo32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting atitvo32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract atitvo32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place atitvo32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 atitvo32.dll and press Enter.
