Using the zip or rar file
1.Download avg6cmpt.dll 7.0.0.135
2.Extract avg6cmpt.dll 7.0.0.135 from .zip. We recommend that you extract avg6cmpt.dll 7.0.0.135 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting avg6cmpt.dll 7.0.0.135.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract avg6cmpt.dll 7.0.0.135 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place avg6cmpt.dll 7.0.0.135 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 avg6cmpt.dll 7.0.0.135 and press Enter.
