Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ACDV.dll 2.0.9.2
2.Extract ACDV.dll 2.0.9.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACDV.dll 2.0.9.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACDV.dll 2.0.9.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACDV.dll 2.0.9.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACDV.dll 2.0.9.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACDV.dll 2.0.9.2 and press Enter.
