Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ADFScn32Ex.dll
2.Extract ADFScn32Ex.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ADFScn32Ex.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ADFScn32Ex.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ADFScn32Ex.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ADFScn32Ex.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ADFScn32Ex.dll and press Enter.
