Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AERTSr64.exe 1.0.64.9
2.Extract AERTSr64.exe 1.0.64.9 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AERTSr64.exe 1.0.64.9 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AERTSr64.exe 1.0.64.9.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AERTSr64.exe 1.0.64.9 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AERTSr64.exe 1.0.64.9 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AERTSr64.exe 1.0.64.9 and press Enter.
