Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ATIDEMGR.dll 1.0.1623.815
2.Extract ATIDEMGR.dll 1.0.1623.815 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATIDEMGR.dll 1.0.1623.815 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATIDEMGR.dll 1.0.1623.815.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATIDEMGR.dll 1.0.1623.815 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATIDEMGR.dll 1.0.1623.815 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATIDEMGR.dll 1.0.1623.815 and press Enter.
