Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AUTMGR32.EXE
2.Extract AUTMGR32.EXE from .zip. We recommend that you extract AUTMGR32.EXE to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AUTMGR32.EXE.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AUTMGR32.EXE to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AUTMGR32.EXE in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AUTMGR32.EXE and press Enter.
